RELEASE TOOLS / 04

MODERN TOOLS.

A clear release portal, a promo page for professionals, a pre-release page for your audience, advertising tools and data — around the same release.

01

RELEASE PORTAL

Release delivery happens in a clear browser-based portal. Metadata, masters, cover art and other assets stay together in one place — no spreadsheet workflow or files going back and forth by email.

02

PROMO PAGE

A polished digital promo page for media, radio and other music professionals. Advance listening, cover art, photos, press release, artist information and other release materials can live together in one easy-to-share place.

03

PRE-SAVE & PRE-ORDER

A dedicated page for your release before and after launch. Listeners can save the upcoming release to their preferred music service and find vinyl, CDs or other physical pre-orders on the same page. On release day, the page updates to bring music services and purchase links together.

04

ADVERTISING & AUDIENCES

Digital advertising, audience data and campaign-tracking tools can be used around the release. We can see what is connecting and use that insight to shape the next steps.

05

DATA & ANALYTICS

We track where your music is being heard, how a release is developing and where the audience is. Daily data from key music services helps us plan marketing and the next release together.

Tool and marketing-service availability depends on the release, campaign and services in use. We build the right setup together.

SERVICES / 05

ONE TEAM.
THE WHOLE RELEASE.

01DISTRIBUTION

Your music delivered to hundreds of digital music services around the world. Our distribution partner holds preferred-partner status with key services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube, with Preferred Plus status at Apple Music. The same high-level infrastructure is available whether you release one single or a full catalogue.

LET’S TALK
02EDITORIAL PITCHING

We do more than deliver the music — we put it in front of the right people. We are in direct contact with Spotify editors and pitch releases to teams at Apple Music, TIDAL, Qobuz and other services. Our releases are regularly selected for Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists.

LET’S TALK
03ELECTRONIC MUSIC DISTRIBUTION

Electronic releases delivered to Beatport, Juno Download and other specialist services alongside the wider distribution.

LET’S TALK
04TIKTOK

An official TikTok sound can be delivered before release day. We can choose the section of the track and prepare multiple official clips when the release calls for them.

LET’S TALK
05MUSIC VIDEOS TO MUSIC SERVICES

We can deliver official music videos to supported services including Spotify and Apple Music when the format and service-specific requirements are met. We also help with technical specifications and delivery.

LET’S TALK
06RELEASE PLANNING

We build a sensible timeline and keep metadata, assets, pitching, pre-save, promo and the other moving parts together. You do not need to manage the systems — we keep hold of the whole release.

LET’S TALK
07PROMO & PR

Media, radio, interviews, reviews and visibility. We find the angle that makes each artist and release interesting — and the people who should hear about it.

LET’S TALK
08VIDEO & SOCIAL

Video and content for TikTok, Reels and other platforms, planned as part of the release rather than as a separate social package.

LET’S TALK
09PHYSICAL RELEASES & PRODUCTS

Vinyl, CDs, cassettes, shirts, tote bags, stickers and other physical products around the release. We can help source production, plan quantities and pricing, set up pre-orders and sales, and place records with selected shops.

LET’S TALK
10SYNC

We pitch music for film, television, advertising, games and other audiovisual productions and help handle the licensing.

LET’S TALK
11APPLE MUSIC MOTION & DOLBY ATMOS

We help coordinate and deliver Apple Music Motion Art and Dolby Atmos releases. Atmos can be delivered to supported services including Apple Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music and Deezer.

LET’S TALK
12SALES ON SPOTIFY & WEBSTORE

Put physical products directly in front of fans. We can help make vinyl, CDs and other products visible on your Spotify artist profile and alongside releases, with additional sales through the All That Plazz webstore.

LET’S TALK
13RIGHTS & CONTENT ID

On supported platforms, rights tools can identify, manage and monetize uses of your music through services such as YouTube Content ID and other UGC rights systems. Availability depends on rights, content and the services in use.

LET’S TALK
14ARTIST PROFILES & METADATA

We look after artist profiles, metadata and release mapping. If a release lands on the wrong profile or something goes wrong in the services, we help get it corrected.

LET’S TALK
15LABELS & CATALOGUES

Distribution, migrations and long-term catalogue work for labels. We protect metadata and release history and look for ways to reactivate catalogue. Where a release is eligible, service-side growth tools such as Spotify Discovery Mode can also be part of the plan.

LET’S TALK

Playlist placements and other editorial decisions are always made by the music services.

TIMING / 07

FAST WHEN NEEDED.
PLANNED WHEN IT MATTERS.

When needed, technical delivery to music services can be possible in as little as 24 hours. When we want to give a release its best possible chance, we build the timeline together well in advance.

INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN / 08

YOUR MUSIC.
YOUR RIGHTS.

You keep 100% of the rights to your music. All Tracks Tracks does not take ownership of your masters or any other rights in your music. We handle distribution and the services we agree with you. Your music remains yours.

ROYALTIES / 09

FAIR STREAMING
ROYALTIES.

Income from your music across services and markets is brought together and accounted to you clearly under the model we agree with you. You can see where the income comes from, and releases can keep earning royalties even when you are not putting out new music or you take a break.

GLOBAL NETWORK / 15

INDEPENDENT.
WORLDWIDE.

Alongside our personal network, we work with an international distribution and marketing network.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK / GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION / LOCAL GENRE & MARKET EXPERTISE

We have direct relationships with editorial teams at key music services, including direct contact with Spotify editors.

All That Plazz is a member of IndieCo Finland and, through IndieCo, part of IMPALA’s European independent music network.

ALL THAT PLAZZ / LABEL / 16

A LABEL
UNDER THE SAME ROOF.

All That Plazz is the independent record label behind All Tracks Tracks. The idea is simple: a label is the people who help music find its own voice.

Artists on the label include Markus Krunegård, Sin Cos Tan, Lala Salama, Teksti-TV 666 and Silva Emilia. The work can span release planning and production through promotion, distribution and long-term artist development.

Markus Krunegård's Nokia & Ericsson was the first fully Finnish-language solo album nominated for a Swedish Grammis.

GOOD TO KNOW / 17

BEFORE
YOU SEND.

How early should I get in touch?

The earlier, the better. Technical delivery can sometimes be possible in as little as 24 hours, but pitching, promotion and release planning benefit from proper lead time.

Can I contact you with a demo or an unfinished plan?

Yes. You do not need a finished package. We can help identify the next useful step before the release is complete.

What materials do you need for distribution?

Finished audio, cover artwork, credits and release metadata, plus lyrics when relevant. We help check the materials before delivery.

Do I need my own ISRCs or barcode?

No. We can provide ISRCs for tracks and a barcode for the release when needed. If you already have your own identifiers, we use them.

Do I need a company?

No. You can work with us as a private individual, including when releasing under your own label name.

How much music can I release?

With one active agreement you can release a practically unlimited number of singles, EPs and albums. You do not need a new distribution agreement for every release.

How much does it cost?

Tell us what you are building. We will shape the right setup for your needs and agree the services, contract term and distribution fee with you. You can start with one artist and later grow into a label or a multi-artist setup.

Can you help make physical records and merchandise?

Yes. We can help plan, source and order vinyl, CDs, cassettes and other products. We work with manufacturers in Finland and abroad, including Helsinki-based Levypuristamo. We can help plan quantities, production cost, retail pricing, pre-orders, sales and distribution — whether the product is a record, shirt, sticker, tote bag or something else.

Can you migrate an existing catalogue?

Yes. We handle catalogue migrations and help protect metadata and release history so the move is as controlled as possible.

What if I do not want my music on a certain service?

You decide where your music is available. You do not have to deliver to every service. We respect artists with a point of view and understand choices based on values or activism.

Can I remove my music from a service later?

Yes. We can request a takedown from one or more services and deliver the release again later if needed. Changes are always handled within the terms of your current agreement, and we help manage the process.

What happens if I take a break from releasing?

Your existing releases stay live and continue earning royalties even if you do not release new music for a while.

Is my music safe?

You keep the rights to your music and your catalogue remains transferable. On supported services, Content ID and UGC rights tools can also help identify and manage uses of the music. If you ever want to change distributor, we can help migrate the catalogue in a controlled way.

Does pitching guarantee a playlist placement?

No. Editorial choices are always made by the music services. Our job is to put the release in front of the right editorial teams, at the right time and with the strongest possible presentation. We are in direct contact with Spotify editors and have relationships with other key music-service teams. Our releases are regularly selected for Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists, but we never promise a placement.

At what stage of my career can I come to you?

At any stage. A first single, an established artist, a new project, your own label or a catalogue built over years — we start from where you are now.

Any genre

We work across a genuinely wide range of genres and music cultures — from metal to folk traditions, Finnish rock to folk, rap to punk, radio pop to electronic music, techno to post-punk, hardcore to emo, indie to mainstream, Christmas music to ambient, and jazz to a cappella. We have long experience with both subcultures and hit music, and treat every kind of music with the same curiosity and respect.

How does promo work?

Promo is built around the artist and the release. We first work out what is genuinely interesting in the music and story, and who should hear about it. Then we approach relevant media, radio and other contacts rather than sending the same mass message to everyone.

Do I need spreadsheets or distribution-system expertise?

No. You get a clear online tool where you can upload the music, artwork and other release materials directly in your browser. We help with metadata, identifiers and the other details. Distribution does not need to become a spreadsheet project.
